Default A Full Tank of Gas

How much do you pay to fill your tank and how long does it last? I have a 2006 Mazda 6S (3.0L V6, 6-sp. auto trans)that takes about $40.00 to fill up(from just above "E") and I'm good for a week.

lets see, lately, a tank of gas has been lasting me about 10 to 14 days. i get about 350km's to the tank right now, due to the winter weather.

in the summer, i can get around 450-500 km's easy.

and i pay around $45 a tank right now... and i usually fill up when i have 2 or 3 km's remaining on my tank...

that would be my guess....
my headers produce more exhaust flow. so now my air/fuel sensor (after the second cat) senses the increased airflow, so it dumps in more fuel. (i think).
and my intake doesnt help either....

pretty much its:

FUN over fuel economy.

im sure i could get 600km's on my car no prob, but i like to hear the sound of my I/H/E. and its a nice sound too.

so far, my record for gas mileage is 400 km's on half a tank on my way home from sudbury.... then i hit gridlock, and the other half went right to hell
