Oh, I bought the gasket set and timing/water pump set a few years ago. So I have to dig around and find them. That will be fun!
Hopefully, I stumble across more goodies. I know, I have a machined single groove aluminum crank pulley but it may be the wrong diameter nose. Looks small from memory, which means nothing. 😆
MM.....I may have a deal for you......dinner time right now, so I will explain afterwards! I am located in Gainesville, FL.......whereabouts are you located? I have a good Integra engine.....just to drop a hint!
MeB2000: I am in Sanford, N.C. currently. I travel a lot for work. I also have co-workers that live and travel out of Florida often. Intrested to hear what you have.
The good news is, I drive nearly everywhere. I just returned from Augusta M.E. last week. One shot drive, 20 hours! 😬
Makes sleeping hard. Awaking in the night trying to find the steering wheel. 😅

Seeing thar pulley bolt broken reminds me of the last one I took off was sooo tight. Even the torque spec for Honda's is very high. There is a special tool that fit's into the pulley to hold it. Just google for it.
Hey Callisto is that the inside of your PT Cruiser?

Actually, that is a good 'Ol southern dirt dobber nest. I removed the crank bolt a couple years back, for peace of mind. The bees filled it back in for me. 😆
But yes, they are tight! I had to use mapp gas today on the recovered crankshaft.
I have also slung one off while driving. It hit the asphalt and I saw it dart into the woods, throwing sparks the whole way. Immediately the car had a new found pep and I knew what happened. 😃
I am lazy putting them back in. I run it down with loctite and place the pull bar against the frame and bump the starter. 😬 Those don't come off. 😏

I am downloading some pics off of my phone.......will post them shortly.
I acquired a friends 1989 Acura Integra many years ago.......it was running of course. The sunroof had caused a leak to the interior, and the floor mounted ECU got wet, and sat there wet, for months. I worked on the sunroof and cured the leak, but the interior had gotten moldy, and stinky! Stripped the interior, cleaned it up some, but apparently it had been leaking for some time....floor pans were rusty.
At that point I knew I wasn't going to try and get the car back in shape....didn't have the desire to do all of that on an Integra.
But, the motor and manual transaxle were definitely good, so the plan was to yank the driveline, and sell it, then haul the car to the scrapyard........only I never got around to it until recently! September 29th to be exact!
Don't let the pine straw & leaves fool you.......hood has been on the vehicle the whole time, until I decided to yank the engine and trans. Around here the tree rats (Squirrels) like to try and make nests under the hood of a closed car.

Great progress.
Just wondering are you cutting it close to Rainy season for you thier?
Engine & trans out.......pic is before I covered it with a tarp, about two weeks ago. I can get more pics if you would like.....
Engine turns over just fine, I do have another ECU somewhere......gotta look for it. I may be able to connect an electric fuel pump, power up the coil and start it....maybe.....haven't tried to start it in 10 years or so.
