Hey Im new to this forum in perticular but have been a part of the sister BlazerForum for a while now. Anyway my inlet oil seal went out and started dumping oil into my exhaust and intercooler. What I am wondering is if I should take the cooler out and clean it or if I should just leave it and blow whatever is left through and let it burn off. Being that I am not very knowledgeable on ricers or turbos any suggestions are appreciated. The car is an 89 MX6 GT (not AWS) with a stock 2.2L turbo with 64000 origional miles.

 

if there is just a little bit of oil left, i would just let it blow through as long as you don't have to pass emissions any time soon. if it is a lot, i would clean it
