Lightbulb Tsb!!!

People! Just because there is a TSB does not mean your car will be covered! I don't know how many times people have come to my location (not even a Mazda service center) and told me about a TSB expecting it to get fixed either by me or Mazda. If you're outside of whatever warranty mentioned in the TSB, GOOD LUCK!! No brand will complete free work outside of warranty and Idk why people expect it to go otherwise. Your car is a machine. Machines will need repairs and updates. It is what it is

Had to post this since a customer yelled at me for directing/ informing her about the warranty line. Lady, I'm not even Mazda. If you have a potential warranty issue, go to them and not GM but I guarantee you you'll be paying out of pocket, especially (in this case) with you being 3 years and 30k outside the warranty!

Thank you for listening to my rant.

I feel for you. I understand this totally. I once in a while have a customers all up in my face exactly how yours did. I also get DIY on this forum that know about the business you and I are in then we do and they are not even associated with anything in the automotive industry that at time are not far off from your description action from your customer.

So just remember smile and keep only to yourself what you really are thinking. Oh I have a cup full of lollypops that I offer them one as they are going out the door.
