Hi all,
New here but need advice. Have 2013 Mazda 3 2.2 diesel Skyactiv. 110k on clock. Engine cut out while driving with no warning lights or anything. Engine will crank but won't start. No fault codes on diagnostic test. Do a mix of motorway and open driving, so don't think it's a DPF or EGR problem. I believe timing chain can slacken or wear, and cause it to jump teeth on gearing system, but no rattle sound of this developing previous to incident, so am assuming it's ok., and also the engine turns freely. Any advice welcome. Thanks
