Shopping a Mazda 3 - some questions
New Member here. Maybe someone here can help w a few things.
I don't like to screw around at dealerships & my wife likes it way less than that, so we try determine what we want to see before we go.
* Platinum Quartz Metallic - is this color beige, grey, off white or silver. It looks different in every pic. There's a car that color an hour + away & I'm not prone to driving there if the color is a dud.
* I'd prefer hatch over the sedan but rearward visibility is supposed to be a problem w the hatch. I'd be looking at a Premium Plus trim level so it should have all the cameras & sensors so maybe its not that big a deal.
Is the visibility as bad as some road tests suggest? Do you have to rely on BLIS when changing lanes or can you adj mirrors to get a pretty good view?
*I've had multiple sport hatchbacks over the years, turbo 3 should have plenty of spunk - hows the ride & handling to live w on a daily basis? Some cars that seem great on a test drive are not that fun to live with.
We prefer a firm ride, a better than average handling car but don't need to have our teeth rattled over every expansion strip.
Appreciate any feedback & everyone have a nice holiday.
Safe travels for those going out of town.

Apparently my questions were uninteresting but for anyone who may care at some future time;
* Platinum Quartz is a light beige grey. It looks different in different light.
* I don't find the hatchback that much different visibility wise than HBs I've owned. The electronic aids more than make up for any deficiency
* Ride is very firm but unless the road is in terrible shape, perfectly manageable. It is the cost of a nice handling & the car certainly seems capable that way.
