Newbie in the UK
Hi Guys
I am in the process of purchasing a 2014 CX-5 2.2d Sport- Nav. Auto (Skyactive)
I should have picked it up last Monday but it failed it's MOT (safety inspection) so the dealer has had to put all new "Mazda" brake discs & pads on front at their expense (result) also they have had difficulty in matching the pearlescent paint to repair a scratch on the door, so it's had to be sent to a specialist Mazda bodyshop (again at their expense) which is why the delivery is delayed.
But I am hopeful that I'll have the car by next week. I will post a photo then
Unfortunately I'll be sad to see my beast of a Volvo XC90 T6 retire, but I won't miss the fuel bill - 18mpg (mixed driving).
I hoping to get nearer 50mpg from the CX-5
The CX-5 will be my 60th car I have owned in 35 years of driving and my first Mazda/Japanese manufactured car.
So likely to be a bit of a learning curve and interested to learn of others experiences, tips etc. on this site.
Happy motoring
Andy
