Glad to find this site for working on my Special purpose RED 2007 MX5 HTC. Pretty much stock with a few after market mods but nothing crazy. My second Miata as I traded a red ragtop 1997 in on this bad boy. I am the second owner and was able to get it with a little over 12K on the clock. Have owned it for nrearly 8 years now and have about 34K on it now. The wife and I enjoy it on the weekends and it goes into the garage the first sign of snow. We love the htc after owning the previous ragtop. Completely up in 13 seconds and don't even have to get out of the vehicle and it is suprisingly quiet on the road and no air leaks or water dribbling in.I just added a blinker to the center trunk brake light in an effort to become a little more visable on the highway.
Any way I enjoy reading about others and their issues and adventures and plan to make use of the information I can glean from you all.
