Default new 2019 Mazda 3 owner

Hello,
Just introducing myself.
Had a 2015 Mazda 3 but just recently wrote it off on Family day.
Good news is no one was hurt and Insurance replacement value kicked in.
Will be receiving my new 2019 Mazda 3 this week.
Cheers

Glad nobody was hurt. Which engine/transmission combination and which body style are you getting?

No one was hurt, thank the Lord.
My 15 and 19 are the same model (GS).
The 2.0 with 6 speed manual.
The 15 and 19 were upgraded to the 16 inch aluminum rims package.
So I figure my 19 will be able to use the 18 inch rims as well. Since they are from Mazda

Yes, eighteen inch wheels will mount up to your Mazda3, but you may notice a very small reduction in acceleration and braking due to the increased rotational mass.

I figured it would fit, Shipo.
I contacted a mazda dealer and they actually placed an 18 inch on the new 19 and stated it did fit. Mazda HQ though has stated they hadnt confirmed that it did.
I was thinking I would bring in one of my rims before I sign the dotted line and just confirm for myself.

Welcome to the forum. Good to hear everyone was OK with the accident.

How did the Mazda do in the accident? Any better or worse than you would have expected under the circumstances?

Please let us know your thoughts about the 2019 Mazda 3 as compared to the 2015 after you have it for a little while. It would be great to hear the thoughts of someone who has driven both as an owner and not a reviewer that only drives each car for a week or so.

Well I have my new 2019 Mazda 3 and all I can say is....WOW!!!.
Completely redesigned inside and out. Incredible thought went into the new look.
I also did put my 18 Mazda rims on it at the dealership and they do fit. Thank the Lord. Thats $1800.00 I don't have lay down.
Seriously, they did an awesome job.
I will come back with more of a review after a couple more weeks of driving.
