My First Mazda
I wasn't really in the market for a Mazda specifically, when I came across an eBay auction held by a dealer in my area. The vehicle, a 2006 Mazda6 s, had 13K miles on it; with no minimum bid or reserve price. I placed the first bid at $13,000, thinking I really had no shot at getting this car for the price as NADA and Kelley Blue Book values were both about $19K for the car. BUT.....the auction ended; and I WON!!! I made sure to call the dealership the second the auction ended to make sure that they wouldn't back out, and they didn't. I've never purchased a car without a test drive, so I was anxious until I went to the dealership the day after the auction ended. Once I took the 6 out of the parking lot, I realized just how sweet a deal I had made. I've had the car for about a week now, and so far, it's the best ride I've ever had.
