I spotted my first 57 Chevy when I was about 10 yrs old, I think it was actually a 4-dr, and couldn't think of anything else after that. My first car, a '57 Chevy 210 2-dr.
Most of my earliest memories are about the cars in my life. I can still describe my older brother's first car, a 1951 Ford Deluxe Convertible as if it were yesterday. I remember it better than he does, and I was 5 yrs old!! He was 17.
Virgin1, we have some thing in common. I remember many cars from way back when i was about 5 years old. We did not have a car, my dad had a moped. My "rich" uncle had a VW beetle and access to a company car: a Mercedes Benz 180, the ponton:

A little while ago when I was buying booze at the grocery store the clerk asked for the ID. I said: "What? --I am fifteen!" Another customer broke out in laughter and yelled: "You wish!"
