Mazda 5 climate control knobs bulbs out

Mazda 5 climate control ***** bulbs out
Trying to figure out how to access the rear of the climate control panel on 2010 Mazda 5 to change out burned out background lights on control *****. This seems to be a common problem but haven't found any clear instructions or videos on how to do this. Any help appreciated.
