Hello all!

I recently installed a working information display for my 1st gen Mazda 3 sedan. However, I was expecting the back light to stay on at all times. I found that it's only on when my headlights setting is on 'OFF'. Any ideas about how I can have it to stay on? As its difficult to read when driving at night. I have attached pictures of it being on and off. You will also notice my aftermarket head unit brightens up too.
