Hi everyone, i am new!
I enjoy these type of forums and have learned that there are a lot of great people on these sites with a bunch of knowledge and experience.
I currently have 3 mazdas 6's. My wife drives an 08, my oldest daughter is driving the 07, and my 2 other daughters at college will be driving this 05 that i am fixing up. I just bought the 05 from a bank, who was kind enough to Repo it from some poor dude.
Anyhow, i look forward to interacting on this site and appreciate the help and knowledge i may be asking for.

Well now, he never said that HE drives a 6 series!!
Speaking of Challenger's, though the 70's always seem to get the glory and press, I have to say that the rarely seen grille from the 71's is my favorite visual of the original bodies.
What do you think, 73Chalngr?
My mother was in the market for a new car in '72 and she usually looked to Dodge or Plymouth. I tried my best to talk her into a Duster, knowing that a Challenger was already out of the question, but she was having none of that. She did end up with a '72 Plymouth Scamp though. For those that don't know what that is, it was essentially a slightly upscale version Dodge Dart. 2-dr, 318ci/auto. The thing handled like crap though, even after I installed radial tires on it later on down the road. Nothing available at that time would make that car handle well.
My wife has driven her car steady for the last 4 years and has racked up over 75,000 miles in that time. it has been a great car. Nothing special has been done to any of them. When we were in the market for a smaller car, we looked at Toyotas and Hondas, but for the money the Mazdas gave us everything the others and more, for less money.
I do drive a 73 Challenger, nothing like the feel of good old american torque

3 Mazda 6's !!
If the 2007 is a V6, the exhaust is like mine and it sucks. You need to change it.

So you have 1 of these for fun I presume: 1973 Dodge Challenger

I grew up in Germany and we did not get to see these cars in the flesh. Nowadays I like to go to car shows, drive ins etc. So to me these vehicles are a new experience. I know why people love them, even though I cannot connect on the same emotional level. But I do appreciate their looks. I am in particular fond of the Engel designed Lincolns and Imperials.
This Challenger has some real nice lines. Sometimes I wish to drive a car where you see the hood.

I will try and get something posted in a bit. All 3 of the mazdas are the 2.3L 4cyinders. I had to find some seats for the 2005, they were terrible and the frame was pushing through. I got some nice ones from a wrecked 2007. Now i just have to figure out how to get power to the driver seat. Overall, i think i like my daughters 2007 model better than my wives 08. Not sure why, other than it has a quieter and smoother ride. Anyone here ever complain about the interior noise of the 6's?
