Hey from NorCal
Hi guys,
I found this forum when I bought, and became obsessed with, my 2010 Mazda3 S hb not too long ago. It quickly got too small and uncomfortable when I met my bf and then his 10 year old son (big boy already). Unfortunately, after I sold it I ended up with an old highlander (blah). My man has promised me something new to love so I think it's between the cx5 or cx9. I've sat in each one twice and played with the infotainment and stuff in the 9. The kid had a fit trying to get in the third row seat,, but not sure I care. lol Adjusting the 2nd row was a disappointing pain, though. Hoping/planning to get a good long test drive soon. I've found and read some things about both that I'm not thrilled about, like lack of power in the cx5 (could really drive me nuts) and it's hard to see out of the cx9. (Too bad they don't have some of the stuff the old Denali we just bought does. It's crazy. lol) Anyway, it's good to be back....learned a lot the first time around and doing so again. Decisions, decisions....
