Just signed up no new there. I do not have my Protege yet I was supposed to pick it up this past friday but had some issues getting to it because the wife is out of town. It's a 2000 ES with a 5 speed it has 95,000 orginal miles on it. I'm a bit bummed because it's lack of sunroof but I'll deal with it. I'm assuming it has a 1.8 in it I don't think the 2.0 came untill 01. I'm not that knowledgeable about working on cars but I've sold them before.So forgive me if I ask more then my share of stupid questions from time to time. I've replaced starters & such but nothing major. I look forward to pick your brains. I guess it would help to tell you all where I'm from. Columbia, South Carolina..
