E2000 van handbrake not holding

Default E2000 van handbrake not holding
Hi,

I have a Mazda E2000 van and the handbrake failed on the MOT, its holding less than 5%.

Can anyone tell me how to tighten or fix this please? I have replaced the rear brake shoes already
