Connector for coil pack rewiring
Okay I just bought I just bought this darn little van no more than a month ago I guess and one of the connectors is bad it's broken it broke right in my fingers so I just went up to AutoZone and bought the new connector for it with the picture of the pigtail basically and what do I do
Just wire the new pigtail onto the original wiring harness, while paying attention to the wiring to keep the same wires in the original harness, going to the same terminal that it was on the original pigtail plug in. I would solder the wires together and use heat shrink insulation over the soldered connections. I typically use two pieces of heat shrink on each connection......first piece long enough to cover the whole soldered area plus some original insulation on each side of the connection......then the second piece of the heat shrink, long enough to cover the first piece, and some original wire insulation on each side of it again. Seals it up fairly well this way.
