97 Mazda protege parts compatibility with 99 Mazda protege

Am I able to take driver side window, rear window, side mirrors, struts off the 97 protege and use them on my 99 Mazda protege?

Probably not, 97 was the older BH chassis & 99 was the newer BJ chassis.
