Default 2021 Mazda 3 transmission

I have bought a 2021 Mazda 3 select sedan with 106,000 miles. Car has been maintained from day one at dealer where i bought the car. Reviewing carfax report i see all required maintenance has been done and oil changed on average every 5,000 miles. All fluids have been changed except transmission. I asked the dealership for any record about this being done and they told me it isn't required. Been down this road with a Toyota which i serviced transmission every 50,000 miles even though they said not required.
My question is do i now touch this transmission with this many miles or leave it alone. I read so many forums that say if you have over 100,000 miles on transmission do not service. Who is right, who is wrong thanks

It should have been done at least 50k mark. So at over 100k ASAP. Full transmission service.
In Florida find a Transmission service shop to do the service.

When you pan is dropped have whomever the shop that does the work show you what is in the pan. Then please to support this recommendation post some pictures.

Don't worry to much by doing the service now you will likely have extend your transmission trouble free life at least another 50 k miles. Then do another transmission service or better at 25- 30k miles do a simple transmission pan service.

Madfza service advisors are not factory Trained Mazda mechanics and many independent shops tend to go by factory service reconditions. There are some in the service related business individuals that know better based on experience.

What are your thoughts of Aamco where they use the BG flush machine. I am retired 79 years old and drive around 3,000 miles a year. Not sure if matters but car is kept in garage

BG is a good supplier of high end Transmissions service machines we use Flow Dynamics" but either way it depends on the model. Aamco has a long standing great reputation. I can remember using them in 1974 before I started my Auto service education. They rebuilt a Power Glide for me.
