Default 2009 Mazda 6 gh wagon noise when car off

Hello all
I am brand new here and have been searching the web for answers and cannot find anything so thought I’d ask here as you guys and gals all seem pretty knowledgeable.
I have a Mazda 2009 gh wagon and the battery went flat over night - not sure why as not lights etc where left on
the battery window is red on the battery and I have trickle charged and still red so presume need a new battery however the advice I need from you guys if possible is a s follows
Battery went flat and car wouldn’t start then when
The car is completely off and no keys in it or anything and been sitting for ages so there is no risdaul power - and battery flat anyways and there’s a pump or something running
Have followed it back and it looks like it’s a switch that runs fuel to the fuel rail and injectors
I unplugged it and it stopped the noise
Jumped the car and it started
Turned it off and that pump thing is running again and won’t stop
any ideas anyone has would be great

It helps top post the important information when asking about a service question even on a forum just like what a shop would have you fill out.

Miles/kilometers
Transmission type
Services done in the last year.

The first thing you need to charge the battery to 12.50 minimum and have it load tested. This MUST be done before you go any further with your issue.
To be clear a shop must do it with a battery load tester. and the battery must be charged as I stated ^^^^ for them to do it correctly.
A load that large to cause your battery to discharge as soon as you are stating will be easy to find but you must do the battery health check first.

Thanks for the reply.
yes I did have the battery tested and the battery health is good.
the battery is now charged up and the car is starting without the noise that I was worried about.
still very strange and will see if the noise returns as a intermittent problem as that one had me stumped.
I have uncovered a new problem which I presume was the cause of the battery going flat.
I have noticed that randomly the door open icon comes up on the dash and the door card lights come on .. I cannot seem to find a way to turn these off the interior light switches I have turned off but the door card lights don’t seem to have a way to turn off.
if anyone knows of a way to do this that would be helpful however if anyone also knows why the door ajar light would be coming on that would also be helpfu, or the best way to illuminate which door is the culprit.. I can’t seem to locate the door sensors and have read they maybe in the locks?
further to your reply please see info below
i have owned this car for 3 months and the service books state all services have been completed on time by a service centre
the car is automatic and it has 260,000 km on it
once again any ideas to why the door ajar light would be coming on would be great
and just to add this happens when the car is locked and all doors probably closed and it just randomly comes on the goes off by itself

GOOD!

Look in your owners manual?

Sorry but that did not answer my specific question?

the car is automatic and it has260,000 km (161000+) on it

see answers in the color responses.
