Default 2007 Mazda 5 Air Intake Control Valve

Hi there, I am new to this so this will be my first thread posted.

I have a 2007 Mazda 5 but I noticed I am getting low mileage and low RPM like 250RPM when idle with no engine light.
I am wondering what could be wrong. My Mass Air Flow Sensor is cleaned with the Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner and the throttle body is cleaned. My air filter is changed.

This only leads to the Idle Air Control Valve but I cannot find it. Anyone here knows where it is? Thanks
