2004 Mazda 6 Running problems
Hello my name is Rodney, I own a Mazda 6 and when I filled it up with gas it would take awhile to start. now it will start and then suddenly die. so I checked out a few threads on here and seen there has been a lot of this happening so I did what was said and changed the purge valve and it did no justice so then I changed the MAS still no good if anyone has information please I would appreciate all I can get. its around 2:30 PM I'm headed to work. thanks for any info.

Purge valve is number one culprit, sticks in the open position and saturates the intake with vapors, takes a long crank to get it cleared and running.
Take a fuel pressure reading with a cold engine and also when it's warmed up. Check to see that the fuel pressure holds after engine shut down. May have pump and/or regulator concerns

Thanks Sparky202 I have changed the purge valve and the mas (mass air flow sensor). it will stay running if I unplug the mas but runs real rough I will try the fuel test this weekend I'm thinking its something simple thanks for the info anything else comes to mind let me know.

Hello People
I have Mazda 6 2008 with an engine 2.3. 5 speed Manual Gearbox.
When I'm trying to accelerate, for me it seems like the car is a bit lazy - I mean the car accelerates slowly, but after The RPM reaches 4000 - then the acceleration gets much effective..I've connected the OBDII adapter and took the photos on the screen which shows the data of temperatures and maybe other datas also, which i don't understand. (by the way, there is no Check Engine light)
If anyone can help me, please.. please.. see the attached photos and advise if anything is wrong with the datas (numbers) and give some recommendations.
Thanks in Advance
Miro
