2000 626 Error code P1516 - IMRC?

I need help! My 2000 626 just showed an error code of P1516. I researched online and I am getting P1516, Inlet Manifold Runner Control Input Error (Bank 1) (Ford)

Could someone help me understand this one? Also, give me an idea on how I can fix it!! You can email me also at wekiser@hotmail.com
