I have recently aquired a 1990 B2200 with carburetor. it has been setting about 2 years. I changed the fuel filter, added fuel treatment, and fresh gas. Checked timing and compression. It has no power and I can only get it up to about 60 mph. I set the crank on TDC, made sure the compression was up on # 1. Cam was in proper place for #1 cylinder. Put the rotor on # 1 and still had to pull the distributor and move the rotor around to get it to start. Still has no power. It does start and run, but as soon as I put it into gear it bogs down. Automatic Trans.
