Going to install this over the weekend. 2004 6s 5 door, w/ Bose system. naturally, only the 2004 needs a modification to the circuit board to get this to work. Fortunately I'm OK with a soldering iron.

After making the modification to the circuit board which is needed mostly only for the 2004, got it working. Sounds great, I can recommend this for anyone wanting to add an iPod to their 6.
