What's my Mazda??
I hope I am not being sexist here, if I am please rest assured that I am not trying to be, but this happens on car forums so infrequently, I just have to comment: WOW!!! I think it"s GREAT you 2 are helping each other out and talking. Honestly, and sincerely, I wish we had more women on here like you two.
OK, a 2003 6 series w/4 cyl engine must be an i model as ZZC stated. BUT remember please that every Mazdaspeed to date has also been a 4 cyl, only turbocharged. That said, the MS6 didn't come out until 2006, so yours cannot be a Speed model.
I am not sure whether the "official" GT trim model existed in "03, the first year in N.A. for the 6 series. I know in the 3 series it didn"t in "04, the first year in N.A. for that car. In fact in "05 the 3 series had the SP23, but the GT didn"t show up until "06. But obviously yours, Blondie, is heavily optioned.
Chances are that if yours does not have LED taillights and an auto climate control, ABS, all the air bags, etc, it is not a GT, but as I said before, heavily optioned.
I hope this helps you?

Haha, thanks Rich. I wasn"t entirely sure that the GT was official as far back as the 03 either, but judging from the options and everything she has compared to the GT now, that was the closest I could come to figuring out what she was asking....I guess? I don"t know if that makes sense...hahah
Haha ya basically all modern cars nowadays have that as their A/T. It's called by many names (triptronic/manumatic/sportshift) but ever since the 6 was introduced in 2003 all the auto's have had that option. It is pretty cool but /i still prefer a manual.
haha, I'm not exactly pro at driving a manual..
my boyfriend tried teaching me on his eclipse, and then I kinda gave up. Once I was ready to try again, he had sold his eclipse, and now has a celica, and he won't teach me on that! lol. So I'm good with just playing with the shift. =]

is your 6 a hatch back? sometimes referred 2 as a 5-door? in other words do u have a normal trunk or do u lift the entire back rear window when you open the "trunk"? the sport's the sports came withtheis feature as well as a spoiler. so if you have either one of these, then u got a "i" ! also, if you go here:

u can sign up for all kinds of mazda stuff AND when u do sign up, it'll ask for your VIN #...enter it and it'll actually tell you everything about your car! give it a shot! good luck!

Uh zen, wachoo talking bout? The hatch is available for the i and the s, same with the spoiler. To determine is you have an i or an s you just need to find out which engine you have.
V6= s
I4 = i
