Default Weird turn signal issue

My ‘07 recently started this strange issue where I have bright and working turn signal/hazards in the rear, but dim and almost non existent turn signals in the front. On the dash one turn arrow lights up and rather than the other remaining off, the other is one and dimly lit. Is this a flasher relay issue?

I don't think is a flasher relay issue, as you are not having problems with the rear turn signals. Clean the grounds connections to the chassis, specially on the front of the car.

When removed, does your front indicator bulb look like this image below? If so, they are known for poor connections. Clean up the metal contact points, add some dielectric grease & place something behind the contacts to provide a bit more tension.
