Default Valve cover possibly broken

Hello,

I sincerely ask for your help in diagnosing what has happened to our car. Turbo kit was leaking oil so that was replaced (renovated) alongside the oil ridded particle filter. We drove the car for one day and then it started jerking from out of nowhere, more and more. This only happened when accelarating, at stand still and when only applying some gas when going downhill the car would not shake or studder. We decided to park it and not drive anymore but just a few minutes before arriving at the spot we were going to put the car, it shaked and then came to a stop.

It didn't start when I tried but a few hours later it did. It seemingly started and sounded just as it should, no weird stuff. But the next day a friend of mine changed the air filter and was going to change the fuel filter, but before changing it he started the car and it had this loud jammering sound. Very bad, of course. But I would very much like to know specifically what's going on. Why did this happened right after fixing the turbo?

I am attaching a audio file so you can hear what the car sounds like. I won't be starting it again of course, until a mechanic has look into it.

Thank you so much for reading.. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
