Anyone have any suggestions on what parts to put in i have the 4cyl 6 with intake and exhaust and i want anything really to get it to pull harder any ideas?

Some new ground wires, Reprogramming of chip...Just do some searches online. I found a bunch.

you really wont find much in the way to make the low end better eccept a set of cams

can't do cams thanks to VVT unfortunately. headers have a few options in the works now (should see 5 companies by summer i'd guess).

easy mod for a bit of low end is to remove the Balance Shaft. both Cosworth and Marcy Motorsport make it now, ranging around $30. i've done a couple insalls of what the call the BSD kit and have seen good results. for top end you can remove the VTCS system and optimize the TB, which only costs as much as the tools you don't already have in your garage...

...obvioulsy there's a turbo, but price starts jumping up a bit there...it is damn fun though!
