Does anyone know of any companys that make ECU chips or reflashes? I've been looking for a bit and haven't come across any yet. I've got a GIAC reflash on my R32 and I really like it. I'm looking for a reputable company like GIAC, the only problem is they don't do Mazda tuning. Keep in mind this is my first Mazda so I'm not as familiar with Mazda tuning as I am with VW tuning. I have had the same question. I want to buy the stage 1, and 2 Cosworth kits for the focus but I am still not sure if they can tune the Mazda ecu. I know that the parts will fit. I sent Cosworth an email asking them about this but I still have not gotten an answer. I will let you know if I hear anything. You could also probably find a local shop that can tune just about anything. If you are in a big city there has got to be a shop somewhere.

 

Thanks for the response. I'd really rather have a well known company chip or reflash the ECU. Someone along the lines of GIAC or REVO or even Neuspeed. But as of yet, i haven't found anyone offering a reflash program. I'm not oppossed to a local shop tuning the car, but the ECU is a totally different story because of all the code you'd need to write to remap the ECU's current stock program.

 

i do know that Kenne Bell does reprograms, but im not sure if they have one for the 3....i would try checking with them

 

You're gonna have to give me some background on Kenne Bell if you'd be so kind. As I've stated before, this is my first Mazda. I've been modding Vws for years so I'm familiar with German after market modders, but not Japanese modders. Thanks in advance!

 

Jet chip has one for mazda 3 its good 15 horses stocked out you gota send ur computer in to them and stuff
