perhaps you didn't remove the bumper but that doesn't pre-clude the fact that it wasn't an easy operation....i never mentioned anything about gender....perhaps someone has a gender issue though?????

Just the fact that you said "I would guess I know what I'm talking about" made it seem like you were implying that I had no idea what I was talking about, and like you were talking down to me. So I'm sorry for misinterpreting what you said, but I still think it was rude.

Enough from the both of you, there's no reason to keep carrying on about this.

That aside, without having ever seen the headlight assemblies on the 6, I would assume that you'd NOT have not remove the bumper to replace basic lights. I could could see it being a bit tight, sure, but to remove the bumper to change lights? How impractical that would be.

Ok, good... zoomzoom and zen have made up, so to speak.

My observation was that the signal bulbs were the only ones that were "easily" accessed. The others appeared very difficult to access.

This is a silly thread. Well, rather it was made into a silly thread through no fault of yours, David.
(You tell 'em, Vince!! )

I hear ya, virgin1. I do know that I'm gonna seek zoomzoom's and zen's advice when the time inevitably comes to replace a headlight!

You guys are right, my bad. I took it too far and should have just let it be as it was, no matter which one of us was 'right'.
