Default Strange Problem

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I have an '06 6s and I've only had it for about 6 months. It is in fantastic almost new condition from previous owners and myself taking great care of it. So with that said, I was having a strange problem. It's an AT and when I would go slowly up a steep driveway or something, the throttle cut out. I couldn't just put it in park then drive again, I had to actually quickly turn the car off then on again and then go. So , I figured maybe the battery terminals were a good place to start. I cleaned them up well and that problem never happened again. But here's the real question, after all that and cleaning the terminals, now I can't control the front passenger window! I have to actually lean over and press the button on the door. Very irritating. So, why is this happening? Is it an electrical problem? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
And sorry for the whole story, I had to put it in perspective.

Hey Tawny. Welcome to Mazdaforum!!

No, not electrical. Electronic. The ECU forgot you had a RS window. There is a simple fix for this and I was trying to remember what I had read, but can't. I'll have to do some digging for you... least someone else remembers?

Nope, I remember that it's extremely easy, but it's not something I've ever had to do so I can't remember the process.
