I just got an 04 Mazda 6s. Compared to the other cars that I have driven the suspensions on this one seem stiffer than usual. The bumps seem to hit kinda hard
Is this because this is a sports car or I have to get this checked out

Some advice would be helpful

 

Do you have 17' rims. If you have low profile tires it will be somewhat stiff. I have the low profile tires on my 05 6 and it is somewhat stiff ride. My parents have 16' on their 04 6. That car is alot smoothier!

 

yeah, i have the 2005 m6s and yes, because of the wheels, the ride is rather rough but that can be solved by either putting a tire that is taller or by going with 16 inch wheels or smaller with bigger tires.
