Default Squeaking sound when steering

Hello. Annoying problem. I recently bought 2011 Model, not a New, car. Problem is this squeaking sound coming from front drivers side tyre area, when turning steering wheel any direction. Also when push down on car front left hand corner, It squeaks. Any idea what is causing it, but what I have noticed it is not any of joints. I feel its coming from the steering, toothrod on what it is called (I know the finnish word for it &#128578.. Any ideas how to fix this?

Common for squeaky lower control arm bushes & ball joints.

The last couple thousand miles, I've begun having an occasional bit of creaking on the CX-5's "steering." Have figured it's the typical ball joints and wear on the bushings and other suspension connecting points. Unsurprising, as it's approaching 100Kmi this year. Had planned to go through the suspension and replace the shocks along with ball joints and any other well-worn items.
