Hi chaps, I've read a few posts around siphoning out the fuel from a Mazda 6 (mine is a 55 reg, 2.3 sport).

Sadly I have to scrap the beast but I have a full tank of fuel in there! Nightmare scenario.

Any suggestions as to the best way?

I have found the fuel pump under the back seat, but cannot seem to get the black top off. People have mentioned that you bypass the power and can use the "blue" connection to pump out. But I have no blue connector.

Haven't tried the old way of siphoning out from the fill cap but I imagine there is some anti siphoning measure down there.

Any suggestions?
