Lightbulb Single Exit Exhaust Sound Test | Cold Start, Revs, In-Cabin, Launch & Flybys

Wanted to get a better sound test of the new single exit resonated straight pipe exhaust so I filmed the cold start, revs, in cabin, launch and flybys! A lot of people requested to hear more of the exhaust so I made another video. Let me know what you think about the exhaust in the comments and subscribe if you want to see more Mazda 6 content

Exhaust setup:

2.5 inch Vibrant Resonator: https://amzn.to/3cRmsGt

2.5 inch piping

4 inch exhaust tip

I believe unless you correct me that the muffler you used is packed with steel/fibers. So you are going to have about 500-1000 mile burn in period. You system will get louder as the muffler burns in.
You can reduce by 30% or more of the interior sound (drown) by pulling the interior and all the carpet and installing sound deadening material between the carpet and floor board.

For those in Ca you may want to read this:

VEHICLE CODE - VEH

DIVISION 12. EQUIPMENT OF VEHICLES [24000 - 28160]

ARTICLE 2. Exhaust Systems [27150 - 27159]

California Vehicle Code (CVC) § 27150
A Loud Exhaust Systems ticket will cost you $196 and Up in fines plus $1,000+ in insurance hikes and penalties.

However to be CLEAR I personally think your MAZDA sound RACE!
