if I get it, would it look funky if I got black or something? I checked ebay and all I see are black.

They are all a hard black plastic. They're ready to be painted. I am getting mine painted to match my car. It will look dumb if you leave it black. Unless that's what you're into. But it will look like you're too cheap to get it painted...or a ricer. [:'(]
