Removing Badges on the 6
I like to take the badges off my cars for a cleaner look.
FYI, the MAZDA6 and V6 badges on the back of the car have no pins just tape holding them on. I warmed them up with a hair drier and slowly lifted them off from one end. Still holding the hair drier on the tape, used my fingernail to remove excess tape. Then used some Goobegone stuff to get the rest of the glue off. The "flying toilet seat" logo on the back of the car does have two pins. So I had to fill the holes and paint there.
I also replaced the front grill that had the huge logo on it, got a plain black honeycomb grille that matches the bottom grille. The only logos on the car now are on the wheel centers. That will be my next little project.
