Default Radio static and rear window defroster

I have a 2005 Mazda6(i) and I have noticed when I use the rear window defroster, the radio becomes full of static. Some radio stations are worse than others. Has anyone else noticed this and is there a simple solution? I have not had a chance to ask the dealer yet.

You might have a bad connection or a cable shielding problem. My 2006 6s was delivered with a badly connected antenna cable at the top of the roof, so its possible someone might have not gotten it quite right in yours also.
