radio, clock, & stearing wheel controls issues
I have a 2004 Mazda6. I had to let the car sit for a little more than a week and the battery went dead (an issue I need to figure out since it shouldn't have died...new battery & nothing that should've killed it). Since then, the radio functions and the displays function, but none of the radio buttons work yet I can use the ***** to tune in different stations & change the volume (and turn it on & off). I can't set any of the preset, use the seek or scan button, change the track on the CD player, etc. The clock works, but I can't set it to have the correct time. The button for the outside temperature reading doesn't work so I can't turn that on (ASB button I think it is). Then, none of the buttons for the radio on the steering wheel work, yet, I can use the buttons for the cruise control on the right side of the steering wheel. Anybody have any ideas??

Did you ever find the problem? Mine is doing the same thing.

Radio cruise control and airbag on steering wheel not working
I have tried that numerous times and it doesn’t work.
