Hello all newbie to the forum, I just purchased a 2006 Speed 6 GT last week and I'm having an absolute blast with it. It has 36K miles and Im noticing that at a cold start up, its making a very loud noise, almost sounds like a lifter tick but it last for maybe a second and then goes away completely. Only does it if car has been sitting an hour or longer. Not losing power and no dummy lights on the dash. Is it the turbo? Any help would be great, Thanks

 

hows your oil level look and what oil filter is on there?
