Default Mazdaspeed 6 CEL

I have a 2006 Mazdaspeed 6 with about 60,000 miles. Runs great and have had no problems with it. When I use the code reader on it, it says EGR flow insufficient. I have a few quesions.
1. Is this a common problem?
2. Should I replace the EGR valve or is it possible to just clean?
3. Could it be caused by aftermarket parts?
4. Where is the valve located/what does it look like?

Thanks guys.

I can't remember I'd have to check again. But it said "EGR flow insufficient".
