Mazda6 boot wont open

Mazda6 boot wont open
I just bought a 2007 Mazda6 (which I love). But the boot wont open - it was fine when I picked up the car a couple of days ago and I can hear the central locking clicking in the boot. Any ideas? Am I being thick?

There will be a access panel in the boot lid that you get to by crawling into the boot. Open the panel and you can release the lock manually to open the boot. Then replace the actuator/motor.

I meant to update the thread - managed to open it from the inside this morning and as soon as I did, it started working perfectly. Thank you for taking the time to help me with this
