I'm thinking of ordering new 6 sport estate with the bose stereo - one of the reasons for going for this model. Looking at the spec for the stereo it doesn't have any tweeters located close to the rear seats. The only tweeters are in the front. I'm concerned that the sound in the rear seats will suffer from the lack of tweeters.

Unfotunately, I cannot get a test drive in one of these for a while and i'm curious to know if my concerns are justified.

I would be grateful to hear from anyone with any experience of this system.

Typically tweeters are not used in the rear for any system - just like you don't install a sub in the front. If you want it another way, I would recommend designing your own layout and choosing your own speakers.

btw, the Bose system is not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be. However, you can do much better for the money. Unfortunately here in the US, you can't get the moonroof without it.
