Default Mazda 6 performance options

Im new to the forum and a new 6 owner. I purchased a 6 sedan 3.0L about a month ago and i love it !! But im ready to do some performance upgrades. The first thing i would like to upgrade is the exhaust, headers to tailpipes (want to keep dual exaust). 2nd i want to get an air intake system of somesort. But i have 2 questions. Can you guys recommend some good sites that sell mazda6 performance parts ?? and 2nd. what parts do u recommend i upgrade next... I want my car to be reliable and fast. I dont want to go crazy if u know what i mean.

Thanks alot guys !!!! and im sorry if this topic has come up but i cannot use the search feature for some reason.

technically, promoting other websites that are not our sponsors is frowned upon... but I can definitely give you some great products that can be installed on your vehicle for the DIY'er...

Cold Air Intake (best is Custom Performance Engineering, followed by Injen, and so forth)
Headers (not to sure on what is the best, but as of right now it is Custom Performance Engineering)
Exhaust (CP-E makes an exhaust, but it doesn't sound great... deeper exhaust would be Injen)

just doing those modifications will open up your vehicle dramatically and loosed up that lag greatly. If you want to put some more pull into your vehicle for fairly cheap, you will need a stage 3 Jatco Shift Kit as well as some Poly Engine mounts to hold that power to the ground.

I bought my CAI at Coldairintakes.com and the headers, I know DC makes them for the V6, and the Exhaust is a personal preference but I heard Racingbeat.com has a nice setup.
