Mazda 6 gh 2.0 D problem the car shuts down
Good afternoon, I have a problem with a Mazda 6 2008 gh diesel 2.0. I have replaced the flywheel and clutch set which seems to be misaligned as it makes a very loud noise when shutting down. The clutch set is new.
2 months after changing the complete clutch set, my car started stalling.
During the diagnosis, he showed me that the problem was in the crankshaft position sensor
I have changed 3 sensors but the problem is still there and it shows the same error
We checked the wiring and everything is correct
I am thinking of the possibility that a flywheel that is not installed properly is giving a bad signal to the crankshaft position sensor, is that possible?
In addition to shutting down, the car has a very high fuel consumption.
The car runs perfectly until it warms up, when it reaches operating temperature after 10km it turns off the speedometer in the middle of driving and loses power. After it stops, it takes me a while for it to cool down before it starts driving again. We changed the injectors, the fuel pressure sensor, inspected the fuel pump and wrote a new original map but the problem reappears. Thanks in advance for your help

I ordered a used crankshaft sensor today, but I'm wondering if a floating flywheel that isn't properly adjusted can cause a problem with the crankshaft sensor reading because every time we take it off it's extremely dirty, it seems like the clutch isn't mounted well and throws sawdust and wears out the plate
Hi, have you perhaps found a solution to the problem? I’m experiencing the same issue at the moment, also after a clutch and dual-mass flywheel replacement. I’ve replaced the sensor. When the engine is hot, it shows the P0336 error. The DSC off and TCS lights come on, and the RPM gauge doesn’t show any values. Once the car cools down, everything goes back to normal.
