Default Mazda 6 estate 2l petrol engines

Hi all, looking to replace our family car soon and fancy a 6 estate, looking at 2015-2018 model year, petrol with manual transmission. I'm torn between the 2 engines available though, 143bhp on the se-l trim and 163 bhp on the sport nav. The sport nav also has 19" alloys vs 17" on the se-l. Would love to hear people's experience of either engine. Did you go for the 143 and find it lacking power? Did you go for the sport nav and find the ride too firm with the 19" alloys?
Thanks all.

Are both bhp reading a 2.0ltr motor or 2.0ltr vs 2.5ltr

The 2.0ltr engine does feel gutless compared to the bigger 2.5ltr.

Yep both 2.0 ltr. The 2.5 ltr isn't available in manual transmission over here and the auto has poor mpg compared to the 2l.
