Default Power Window Problem

As I am driving home last night in my Speed6, I put the front two windows down. After I got home and went to put the windows up, I saw that only the driver side went back up. Thinking I might have a blown fuse, I pull it out and check. After messing around for about 30 minutes I realized I had the window lock down. I must have pushed it sometime on the way home. I did not know the window lock prevented even the driver from putting the other windows down. Anyways, now that the fuses are back in and the window lock is unlocked, the auto up and down feature doesn't work on any window. Also, the driver controls will not operate the windows except for the driver one. Each seat has to put down their own window and it wont go down automatically like it is supposed to.

My question is this... By pulling the fuse out did I mess up the computer system which is causing the windows to not work properly? If not, what could I have possibly done?

sounds like maybe a fuse came loose? check to see if all the fuses are seated securely. if you think its a computer issue you can always reset your ECU by taking the negative cable off the battery and let it sit like that for about 10 or 15 minutes then put the cable back on and see what happens

Yes, you did mess up the computer by taking out the fuse.
Your owner's manual tells you how to fix. It's page 3-24 for my 2006 Mazda 6.
GOOD LUCK.

I tried resetting the ECU and it didn't work. I am reading my owners manual and I can't find anything. Page 3-24 is how to change the battery in my remote. I read the pages around it and found nothing. Maybe I just missed it, but could you give me the topic that it is under?
