Mazda 6 DRL

I have a 2007 Mazda 6 and wondered if anyone knows how to activate DRL. There is a fuse located in the DRL position in the fuseblock under the hood, so I think the car is wired for DRL.

That sounds like a good place to start?
Why not take a volt meter and see if you have voltage there w/the key onand none when the key is off?
